Refund policy
Return Policy:
We have have a 30 day return policy for 2025, (from the day you receive the item), on products that are not to your Liking, Defective, Broken, the wrong product was sent, or it is an Incorrectly Personalized Item.
Note: Your Claim Must be made immediately within 5 DAYS of Receipt** in writing via Email TO: customerservice@theeventladystore.com, and you need to provide your Order Number. We will then let you know if Approved, and then Issue a Pre-Paid Return Label to You via Email.
IMPORTANT: There are NO RETURNS on PERSONALIZED ITEMS - Unless it was Personalized Wrong by Us. You must photograph it, and send us an image of the item via email, and then return it, as stated above.) You’ll also need to give us your Order # in that email.
Also… There no Refunds on Holiday Items.
Refunds are GIVEN after the Item is Received by Us, then you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 days sometimes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you. It is not seen immediately on your card.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: If You want to Cancel Right after placing an Order, You need to cancel within the FIRST 12 hours after placing your Order. Please realize Orders Ship immediately and automatically after that.
Please Note Holiday Time Refunds: After Nov 31st, the Holiday Season begins and Refunds on late Shipping issues will be issued after 45th business days of non-receipt or late receipt during Christmas time.
NOTE: If we have a Confirmation from the Shipping Carrier that Your Order was Delivered, then it is out of our hands. It was delivered!
We are Not Responsible for Stolen goods from outside your front door or mailbox. This is not our responsibility. There are No Refunds in this case.
If an order is lost in shipment/not received; we will need to place a claim with the delivery carrier, and need 15 days to resolve it. If the shipping carrier does not find it we will Refund your complete purchase.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 5 days if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photograph the item and if the box was broken photograph that too and send us images.
Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
