Can I Cancel My Order? Answer is: Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing it. Orders are Processed every 24 hours.

We cannot cancel an order after it is processed. Please Read your Confirmation E-mail from us. Make sure we are not in your Spam or Junk Folder. 

NOTE: USA Orders Normal delivery is 15-25 days. Don’t tell us you did not know, because it is mentioned at Check Out and in Confirmation E-Mail which is automatically sent. Please Check your Spam Folder.

PLEASE NOTE: SPECIAL EXCEPTION: Every Year, Orders placed during Chinese New Year take longer. Any orders from our Chinese suppliers this year 2023, Jan 21st thru Jan 27th may take up to an extra 10 days to arrive.

Is there FREE Standard Shipping? Answer is: YES on ALL USA Orders over $50.00 and Everywhere We Ship To!

What Languages Can We Help You In? The Answer is - English and Spanish. For all other Inquiries in other Languages, sent to our Contact Page, please use Google Translator before you send us the Message. We will do the same in replying.

What does NOT have Returns or Refunds? Answer is…Seasonal Merchandise - Halloween Costumes- Christmas Outfits and Decor - Easter Costumes etc. And…Personalized Items, unless we are responsible for a printing mistake.

How Long Do Orders Shipped to USA States take to Arrive? Answer is again: Approximately 15 to 25 Days - up to 35 days on Holidays. So Order Early! 

NOTE: If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

If you are in a hurry, contact us and tell us which product you need in a Rush, we will inform you if it can be done. Not All Products can be Rushed!  Please Be Wise, Save Money. ***Again, Please Order Early! 

Can I Ask for a Rush on My Order to USA - Answer is Again, YES Only on certain products, so again, Contact Us! Rush Deliveries can cost between $20 to $35 in shipping fee or higher for USA States with an Estimated Rush Arrival Time of 10-15 Days. This does NOT Apply to All Products or on Holiday Season Orders, so ask First.

Can I Ever Get My Order in 3-5 Days? Answer is NO. NEVER. We are so very Sorry!

Do We Deliver to PO Boxes?  NO - At this time, we regret to inform you that our shipping partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure that your items are delivered in a timely manner. 

Do We Accept Returns and are they Free?
Answer is Yes - Must Notify us within 5 business days of receiving your Order, via e-mail, when we approve your return, then we issue a pre-paid shipping label. Once we receive it back, upon our agreed terms, you will receive credit. Read more in detail on our Legal Pages on our Footer Menu. 

Do We Exchange or Refund Personalized or Engraved Orders? The Answer is NO - and...of course the only time we will is if WE have made a Mistake on the Personalization of your Order.

When is my Refund Issued? Answer is - Again, Once We Receive your Approved Returned Merchandise. It may also take a few days to appear while it is processed by your bank.

IMPORTANT: For USA residents , if Merchandise has not Arrived to you by 45th day after Ordering, You May Request a  Refund. 

For Orders abroad, outside the USA, Refunds are issued on 60th day of not receiving your order.

Please Note Holiday Time Refunds: After October 31st, Holiday Season begins and Refunds on late Shipping issues will be issued after 60th business days of non- receipt or late receipt during Christmas time. 

PLEASE NOTE:  If we have a Confirmation from the Carrier, like USPS Fed Ex or DHL that Your Order was Delivered, then it is out of our hands. It was delivered! 

Can You Ship International? Answer is Yes... International Shipments are available to: Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Germany, France, Italy and Australia.

Is there Rush Delivery to Canada? Answer is Yes - Only on Pre-Approved Products which can be Shipped with a Rush Flat Shipping Fee. Rush is Only on previously approved product NOT on other Products in your Order. Approved Rush Order Arrival 12-15 business days, not including processing time.

Do We Ship to  Puerto Rico? Answer is -  YES! -FREE Standard Shipping on Orders over $50.00 - It takes approximately 25 to 35 business days for Delivery. Up to 45 business days for Remote parts of the island. 

Is there Rush Delivery to Puerto Rico? Answer is Yes - Only Approved Products can be Shipped with a Rush Flat Shipping Fee. Rush is Only on previously Pre-Approved Product, NOT other Products in your Order. Approved Rush Order Arrival 12-15 business days with Rush, not including processing time.

Yes! We have FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $50.00 for Europe - Select Countires are: United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Germany, France, Italy and Australia, have an estimated arrival of 25 to 35 business days.  -  More countries might be added later on, for now, if your Country is not mentioned here, We Don’t Ship to It. WE DO Not Ship to India. We are very sorry.

Is there Rush Delivery to listed International Countries? Answer is Yes - All Above Explained Applies. You must CONTACT US FIRST to see if it can be done on your particular product. Price - Rush Flat Shipping Rates. Product needs to be Pre-approved by us. Only good on Pre-Approved product, NOT the complete Order. Approved Rush Order Estimated Arrival time is 12-15 business days. Not including processing time. 

Do We Pay for International Customs Duties or VAT? - Answer is No  - Please Note: Your International Shipments from Our Store are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): You the customer pay all associated fees and taxes for your shipment upon delivery. These are additional fees involved in international shipping. You are Responsible for them

For Example: There is VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time. Our estimated delivery is to your country’s carrier office.

Due to customs regulatory policies, we are unable to list purchased items sent to you as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price.
