Is there FREE Shipping? Answer is: YES on Orders $25 and over, only to USA States. All Other locations we serve, read below or it will tell you at checkout. If you can’t check out, it means we DON’T Ship to your Country.

How can you contact us and get quick answers? - Answer is Yes! Via email at: CustomerService@TheEventLadyStore.com- Note: make sure to check your Spam or Junk Folder just in case our reply goes in there!

What Languages Can We Help You In? The Answer is - English and Spanish. For all other Inquiries in other Languages, sent to our Contact Page, please use Google Translator before you send us the Message. We will do the same in replying.

What does NOT have Returns or Refunds? Answer is…Seasonal Merchandise - Halloween Costumes- Christmas Outfits and Decor - Easter Costumes etc. AndPersonalized Items, unless we are responsible for a printing mistake.

Is there an Order Processing Time Not Included in Shipping? Answer is Yes- Processing is approximately 4-5 days and it's usually not included in the Shipping Arrival Time. Although most of the time our suppliers ship faster, it’s not guaranteed.

How Long Do Orders Shipped to USA States take to Arrive? Answer is Approximately 15-35 days during Non-Holidays Shipping Periods. Some products state arrival of 6-12 days on their description page. If you are in a hurry, contact us and tell us which product you need Rush, we will inform you if it can be done. Be Wise, Save Money. ***Order Early!

Can I Ask for a Rush on My Order to USA - Answer is YES Only on certain products, so again, Contact Us! Rush Deliveries can cost $35 or higher for USA States with an Estimated Arrival Time of 8-15 Days.

Can I Ever Get My Order in 3-5 Days? Answer is NO. NEVER. We are so very Sorry!

Do We Deliver to PO Boxes?  NO - At this time, we regret to inform you that our shipping partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure that your items are delivered in a timely manner. 

Do We Accept Returns and are they Free?
Answer is Yes - Must Notify us within 5 days, when we approve your return, then we issue a pre-paid shipping label. Read more in detail on our Legal Pages on our Footer Menu. 

Do We Exchange or Refund Personalized or Engraved Orders? The Answer is NO - and...of course the only time it is Yes, is if WE have made a Mistake on the Personalization of your Order.

When is my Refund Issued? Answer is - Once We Receive your Approved Returned Merchandise.

IMPORTANT: If Your Merchandise has not Arrived by 45th day within USA States. You May Request a  Refund. With Covid there are logistic situations beyond our control. Please Note: After October 31st, Holiday Season begins and Refunds on late Shipping issues will be issued after 50 days of non- receipt or late receipt. 

PLEASE NOTE:  If we have a Confirmation from the Carrier, like USPS or DHL that Your Order was Delivered, then it is out of our hands. It was delivered! 

Can You Ship International? Answer is Yes... International Shipments are available to Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Germany, France, Italy and Australia.

We Begin with Canada. Flat Shipping Rates Start at $5.00 and these flat rates go up depending on total of order. The Flat Rates can be seen on Check Out Page. Shipments to Canada. We ship DDU- Delivery Duty Unpaid- customer is responsible. Orders will arrive approximately within 20-35 days. It’s a great Idea to Order Several Products together and use Shipping Fee Wisely! 

Is there Rush Delivery to Canada? Answer is Yes - Pre-Approved Product can be Shipped with a Rush Flat Shipping Fee. Rush is Only on previously Pre-Approved Product, NOT other Products in your Order. Approved Rush Order Arrival 12-15 days, not including processing time.

Do We Ship to  Puerto Rico? Answer is Yes. Flat Rates start at $5.00 and go up depending on purchase amount. It takes approximately 35-45 days for Delivery. Is there Rush Delivery to Puerto Rico? Answer is Yes - Approved Product can be Shipped with a Rush Flat Shipping Fee. Rush is Only on previously Pre-Approved Product, NOT other Products in your Order. Approved Rush Order Arrival 12-15 days, not including processing time.

United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Germany, France, Italy and Australia, have an estimated arrival of 35-50 days. Flat Shipping Rates start at $5.00 for Standard Shipping and go up depending on total of order, which usually means extra weight. More countries might be added later on, for now, if your Country is not mentioned here, we don’t ship to it. WE DO Not Ship to India. We are very sorry.

Is there Rush Delivery to listed International Countries? Answer is Yes - All Above Explained Applies. You must CONTACT US FIRST to see if it can be done on your particular product. Price - Rush Flat Shipping Rates. Product needs to be Pre-approved by us. Only good on Pre-Approved product, NOT the complete Order. Approved Rush Order Estimated Arrival time is 12-15 days. Not including processing time. 

Do We Pay for International Customs Duties or VAT? - Answer is No  - Please Note: Your International Shipments from Our Store are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): You the customer pay all associated fees and taxes for your shipment upon delivery.These are additional fees involved in international shipping. You are Responsible for them. 

For Example: There is VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time. Our estimated delivery is to your country’s carrier office.

Due to customs regulatory policies, we are unable to list purchased items sent to you as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price.
