Can I Cancel My Order? Answer is: Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing it. Orders are Processed every 12 hours. We cannot cancel an order after it is processed. All this Information is sent to you via an Automated Order Confirmation Email. Make sure we are not in your Spam or Junk Folder. 

NOTE: USA Orders Normal delivery is 15-20 business days. Please Don’t tell us you did not know, because it is mentioned on our Home Page, at Check Out, and in Confirmation E-Mail which is automatically sent. Please Check your Spam Folder. Note: If your USA order hasn't arrived within 35 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase. 

PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS: Holiday Time Refunds: After October 31st, Holiday Season begins and Refunds on late Shipping issues will be issued after 45 business days of non- receipt or late receipt during Christmas time. 

Also…Every Year, Orders placed during Chinese New Year may take a bit longer. We have many Chinese suppliers and manufacturers.

Is there FREE Standard Shipping? Again… Answer is: YES on ALL USA Orders 

What Languages Can We Help You In? The Answer is - English and Spanish. For all other Inquiries in other Languages, sent to our Contact Page, please use Google Translator before you send us the Message. We will do the same in replying.

What does NOT have Returns or Refunds? Answer is…Seasonal Merchandise - Halloween Costumes- Christmas Outfits and Decor - Easter Costumes etc. AndPersonalized Items, unless we are responsible for a printing mistake.

If you are in a hurry, write to us via our Contact Page and tell us which product you need in a Rush, we will inform you if it can be done. Not All Products can be Rushed! Please Be Wise, Save Money. ***Please Order Early! 

Rush Deliveries can cost between $20 to $35 in shipping fee or higher for USA States with an Estimated Rush Arrival Time of 10-15 business days. Again…This does NOT Apply to All Products or on Holiday Season Orders, SO PLEASE ASK FIRST.

Can I Ever Get My Order in 3-5 Days? Answer is NO. NEVER. We are so very Sorry!

Do We Deliver to PO Boxes?  NO - At this time, we regret to inform you that our shipping partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure that your items are delivered in a timely manner. 

Do We Accept Returns and are they Free?
Answer is Yes - (But Not on Seasonal or Personalized Orders with Exceptions Mentioned Below.) You Must Notify us within 5 business days of receiving your Order, via e-mail, when we approve your return, then we issue a pre-paid shipping label. Once we receive item back, upon our agreed terms, you will receive credit. Read more in detail on our Legal Pages on our Footer Menu. 

Do We Exchange or Refund Personalized or Engraved Orders? The Answer is NO - and...of course the only time we will is if WE have made a Mistake on the Personalization of your Order.

When is my Refund Issued? Answer is - Again, Once We Receive your Approved Returned Merchandise. It may also take a few days to appear while it is processed by your bank.

PLEASE NOTE:  If we have a Confirmation from the Carrier, like USPS Fed Ex or DHL that Your Order was Delivered, then it is out of our hands. It was delivered! 

Do We Ship to  Puerto Rico? Answer is -  YES! -FREE Standard Shipping on All Orders. - It takes 15 to 20 business days for Delivery. Up to 35 business days for Remote parts of the island. 

Is there Rush Delivery to Puerto Rico? Answer is Yes - Only Approved Products can be Shipped with a Rush Flat Shipping Fee. Rush is Only on previously Pre-Approved Product, NOT other Products in your Order. Approved Rush Order Arrival 12-15 business days with Rush, not including processing time.

Note: There are times when we will deem necessary to cancel an order where the BILL TO and SHIP TO ADDRESS DO NOT MATCH and we feel it’s not safe. This is due to Fraud orders happening too often. We are sorry, your ORDER MIGHT BE CANCELLED.
