Can I see Prices in my Country's Currency if Available? Answer is Yes - Go to the Footer Menu at Bottom of Page, there will be a Currency Options Drop Down Menu You Click On. **Please Note: Currency Selector does NOT work with any Social Media Channel or App. It only works by Shopping directly on our Site. **
Is there an Order Processing Time Not Included in Shipping? Answer is Yes- Processing is approximately 4-7 days, and it's usually not included in the Shipping Arrival Time. Although most of the time our suppliers ship faster, it’s not guaranteed.
How Long Do Orders Shipped to USA States take to Arrive? Answer is Approximately 15-35 days, with Covid delays it can be at times 40 days.

Can I Ask for a Rush on My Order to USA States? Answer is Yes - You must first Contact us via E-mail, and ask if your product has Rush Shipping, and then once it is approved by us, you select Rush Delivery Option at Check Out only on that Approved Product, NOT other Products in your Order. It will cost $35 or higher for USA States with an Estimated Arrival Time of 12-14 days. NOTE: Not including processing time.
Can I Ever Get My Order in 3-5 Days? Answer is NO. NEVER. We are so very Sorry!
Do We Deliver to PO Boxes? NO - At this time, we regret to inform you that our shipping partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure that your items are delivered in a timely manner.
Do We Accept Returns and are they Free?
Answer is Yes - Must Notify us within 5 days, when we approve your return, then we issue a pre-paid shipping label. Read more in detail on our Legal Pages on our Footer Menu.
Do We Exchange or Refund Personalized or Engraved Orders? The Answer is NO - and...of course the only time it is Yes, is if WE have made a Mistake on the Personalization of your Order.
When is my Refund Issued? Answer is - Once We Receive your Approved Returned Merchandise.
IMPORTANT: If Your Merchandise has not Arrived in Shipping Time Offered at Check Out which is usually 35 days in USA, your Refund will be given after 45 days if you still have not received it. There are Covid delays again which we cannot control, so we cannot control delays of a few days part the usual 35 in some cases. Does not happen often, but we must be clear on this. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: If we have a Confirmation from a Carrier like USPS or DHL that Your Order was Delivered, then it is out of our hands. It was delivered!
Do We Ship to Puerto Rico? Answer is Yes. Flat Rates start at $5.00 and go up depending on purchase amount. It takes approximately 30-40 days for Delivery.
Is there Rush Delivery to Puerto Rico? Answer is Yes - All same explained above applies - Approved Product can be Shipped with a Rush Flat Shipping Fee. Rush is Only on previously Pre-Approved Product, NOT other Products in your Order. Estimated Arrival 12-14 days, not including processing time.
Can You Ship International? Answer is Yes... We Begin with Canada. Flat Shipping Rates Start at $5.00 and these flat rates go up depending on total of order. The Flat Rates can be seen on Check Out Page. Shipments to Canada. We ship DDU- Delivery Duty Unpaid- customer is responsible. Orders will arrive approximately within 20-40 days. It’s a great Idea to Order Several Products together and use Shipping Fee Wisely!
Other Countries Available? Answer is Yes - International Shipments to other Countries such as, United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Germany, France, Italy and Australia, and have an estimated arrival of 30-50 days. Flat Shipping Rates start at $5.00 for Standard Shipping and go up depending on total of order, which usually means extra weight. All Rates can be seen at Check Out. More countries might be added later on. It's a Good Idea to Order Several Products together and use your Shipping Fee Wisely!

Is there Rush Delivery to other listed countries? Answer is Yes - All Above Explained Applies. You must CONTACT US FIRST to see if it can be done on your particualr product. Price - Rush Flat Shipping Rates. Product needs to be pre-approved by us. Only good on Pre-Approved product, NOT the complete Order. Earliest Estimated Arrival is 12-14 days. Not including processing time.
Do We Pay for International Customs Duties or VAT? - Answer is No - Please Note: Your International Shipments from Our Store are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): You the customer pay all associated fees and taxes for your shipment upon delivery.These are additional fees involved in international shipping. You are Responsible for them.
For Example: There is VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.
